Role Overview:
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be a crucial part of our mission to secure the financial well-being of individuals and families. Your responsibilities will include:
Presenting and explaining life insurance options to clients.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Playing a key role in team growth by identifying and recruiting top talent.
Engaging in ongoing personal and professional development.

Qualifications:
We Are Seeking:
Licensed life insurance professionals or those willing to achieve a license (typically takes up to two weeks)
Self-reliant, success-driven team player.

Attractive compensation with the potential to earn an average 1-2 sales/week, $50k. 3-5 sales/week, $75k-$100k.
6-8 sales/week, $150k - Uncapped.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
