Located in downtown New Orleans, this new dining spot will highlight a collaborative effort with his son, E.J. 34 will feature tapas-style shared plates, a jamon bar, and a dynamic beverage program emphasizing Portuguese and Spanish wines.
At 34 we are seeking an Assistant General Manager/Sommelier with expertise in managing a wine program with a strong focus on Iberian Wines. In addition to operational responsibilities this position will be responsible for maintaining our wine list, wine sales and marketing, as well as wine inventory and staff education. 2-3 years managerial experience in fine dining and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage are required. Candidates must have an enthusiastic sense of hospitality with a professional, friendly demeanor. Devotion to customer service and positive employee relations abilities are essential.
