Our client is seeking a talented Senior React & React Native Developer and Technical Leader to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior React & React Native Developer who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in React and React Native development, along with a passion for building scalable, high-performance software solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications using React and React Native.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.


• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code solutions.


• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React and React Native development.


• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.


• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior React & React Native Developer or similar role.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.


• Extensive knowledge of React.js and React Native frameworks, including state management libraries (Redux/MobX).


• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).


• Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks/libraries (Vue.js, Angular, etc.).


• Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.


• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.


• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and achievements.
