Position Snapshot: CP&P's Engineered Products division is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage our Clear Flow pump station projects. In this role, you'll handle everything from initial inquiries and design information to preparing estimates, generating proposals, and managing bid packages. You'll oversee technical submittals, production scheduling, and shipment dispatch, working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer and team member communications in a professional, respectful, courteous and timely manner.

• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and customers to ensure the correct configuration of products and services.

• Maintain organized files and database entries for each assigned project.

• Requisition services and materials as necessary from internal and external resources to assemble specifications, price proposals and submittals, complete production details, and fulfill order requirements.

• Use basic manual drafting techniques to create or enhance drawings for items outside the scope of computer-aided tools such as AutoCAD.

• Support production by interpreting drawings and clearly communicating project requirements.

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch work and products to ensure timely production and delivery.

• Create job specific O&M manuals, coordinating information for all internal piping, pumps, and/or meters from our vendors.

• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate appropriate repairs.

• Occasionally travel to plant or job site to inspect products prior to delivery and oversee installation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to create and maintain accurate records.

• Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including folder navigation and file management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with construction project management preferred.

Qualifications:

• Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent industry-related experience strongly preferred.

• Previous experience in the water or wastewater industry, preferably in project management, scheduling, and dispatching.

• Customer service experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must reside in the continental U.S. within the assigned region. No relocation assistance is provided.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Typical Schedule: Work is generally performed Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week depending on workload and production demands. This position may require occasional travel to job sites in the region.

Typical Physical Demands: Physical agility and may require any or all of the following: standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping, lifting (50lbs. max), pushing/pulling (50lbs. max).

Working Conditions: Office work will be performed in clean, climate-controlled areas, with fluorescent lighting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in all production areas and when on the job site, in accordance with company SOP and occupational safety guidelines.
