What We Offer

• $14.50 per hour, with $1 shift differential
• 1st shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• 3rd shift, 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• 12-hour, 2/2/3 schedule

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred, must obtain within 1 year of employment at Michelin
• 6+ months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• 1+ year(s) of stable work history
• Ability to work the 12-hour rotating, swing shift

What You’ll Do as a Production Trainee

• Install and unload parts from curing machines
• Break down and rebuild curing parts for inventory
• Lift tires and tire membranes weighing 60+ pounds, repeatedly, over a 12-hour shift
• Perform other tasks as assigned
