Job Description Jefferson County Stone - Rogers Group Inc - Louisville, KY Full-Time Night-Shift - approximate shift times of 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. Starting pay for entry level night shift candidates is $27/hr. This includes a $23/hr. base pay + $4/hr. shift differential. Pay will be determined based on experience. Experienced candidates are preferred. Maintenance Laborer for our operation located in

The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:
- Routine equipment/plant maintenance
- Operating production equipment
- Involved with plant improvement projects
- Inspect and perform daily repairs and maintenance on plant
- Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a dedication to safe work practices
- Previous maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
- Must be willing to work a regular 5pm-3am shift
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy equipment is preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.
- Experience welding and cutting
