The Digital Commerce Strategist (DCS) is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive digital commerce strategy for ACS Technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce and digital commerce platforms, as well as a strategic vision for bringing all ACS Technologies products to market in a self-service manner. The DCS will work cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Operations) to ensure the successful deployment and management of digital commerce initiatives that drive growth, customer engagement, and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, execute, and manage a comprehensive digital commerce strategy, including product launch plans, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee the digital launch of ACS Technologies products across various online platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

  • Evaluate and optimize all digital commerce channels, including the company website, third-party marketplaces, and mobile applications, to maximize the buyer journey and sales.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure all digital commerce activities align with broader company goals.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital commerce performance, using data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and drive continuous improvement.

  • Continuously improve the online customer experience by incorporating user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends in digital commerce.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners that support the company's digital commerce platforms and initiatives.

  • Ensure that all digital commerce activities comply with relevant regulations and that customer data is protected according to best practices.

  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities through innovative digital commerce strategies, ensuring long-term profitability.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on digital commerce best practices, tools, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related with 7-10 years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital commerce strategies.

  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer experience management. Experience with BigCommerce or other ecommerce platforms is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Sigma or other data visualization tools is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of compliance and data security standards in digital commerce.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
