SUMMARY
LoadUp is on a mission to build a world-class marketing team. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and turn our brand into a household name. You will oversee all aspects of our marketing operations, including digital marketing, B2B and consumer marketing, and e-commerce initiatives. Your leadership of our marketing team will be crucial in steering our marketing department towards achieving our strategic goals.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and Nextdoor.
- Manage and enhance our B2B and consumer marketing efforts, ensuring effective targeting and lead generation.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to monitor campaign results, optimize strategies, and ensure a seamless interaction between marketing and sales.
- Lead and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies with overall company operations.
- Keep abreast of new trends and technologies in digital marketing and integrate them into our marketing operations where beneficial.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the marketing field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
- Proven expertise in B2B and consumer marketing strategies and execution.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing; familiarity with digital and social media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and Nextdoor.
- Required proficiency with Hubspot CRM, along with familiarity with CallRail, WordPress, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
