Position Responsibilities: Learning Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and knowledge sharing across the organization Learning Strategy Development : Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with the company's strategy, values and goals Curriculum Design and Delivery: Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, courses, and initiatives to address the needs of various practices, segments, and job roles within the organization Leadership Development: Create leadership development programs to nurture and cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization Training Assessment and Evaluation: Establish metrics and mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, and continuously evaluate and refine learning strategies leveraging the OKR methodology Technology Integration: Leverage technology and digital learning platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of learning content and resources Change Management and Adoption: Lead change management efforts related to learning initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation across the organization Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with practice leaders, industry segment leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to identify learning needs, develop content, and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration Compliance and Regulatory Training: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. (e.g. AICPA, PCAOB, etc.) Budget Management: Own and manage the learning and development P&L and annual budgeting process effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and measuring ROI Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs within a professional services organization or other regulated profession[LZ1] Ability to build meaningful relationships and navigate a matrixed organization Demonstrated prioritization skills across complex learning programs with varying levels of professionals Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance training standards relevant to the professional services industry > $200,000 - $300,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
